The Dr. Gazi Keskin Cardiology Clinic conducts all data processing activities in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP/revDSG). Third-party analytics, marketing and map services are not activated automatically. Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel are loaded only after your consent. Google Maps is loaded only when you actively open the map. Technical data such as IP address, device and browser information and usage data may then be transferred to providers abroad.
Online Appointments and Contact Requests
We use data submitted through the online appointment form and contact form to process your request, organize appointments and respond to you. Please do not send confidential medical details through these forms. Medical patient documentation is not handled through this website, but through the practice processes intended for that purpose.
Analytics, Advertising and Meta Pixel
If you consent, we use Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tracking and Meta Pixel to statistically measure reach, phone clicks, contact requests and completed online appointments. These signals are used to improve the website and advertising and are not combined with your medical patient record.
Google Maps and Embedded Content
The Google Maps map on the contact page is loaded only after an active user action. No map connection to Google is established before loading. If you open the map or click external map links, the privacy rules of the relevant provider also apply.
Recipients and Processors
Personal data may be shared with technical service providers where necessary for hosting, website operation, security, email forwarding, appointment management or analytics after your consent. These providers may generally process the data only according to our instructions and for the stated purposes.
